This was a unique request. Our customer had a custom built barge conveyor with the entire sand operation on board. This reversing shuttle conveyor enabled loading barges on either side of the main barge to move material back to land.

We don’t often get to build in our back yard. This job was for a local ready mix company. They opened a pit on the banks of the Kansas River and installed a small sand operation.

This project was built in conjunction with another project that unloads the rail cars this project was loading. This project included the first certified belt scale in the state of Kansas.

This was a rush job to replace a radial stacker that had fallen down in a wind storm. This is one of standard style radial stackers that traversed on rail instead of rubber tires.
